The order shows shipped, but why hasn't the courier information been updated yet?
The tracking information you see on the order page is provided by the courier company. Please understand that there will be a delay in updating the information of the courier company. (The delay time may vary from 1 day to 3 days, and the logistics and delivery information of EMS express delivery may be delayed by about 1 week at most)
Why did I receive the order I placed later, but I haven't received the order I placed before?
In order to process as many orders as possible in the fastest time per unit, the order of delivery will be arranged appropriately according to the distribution of the goods in the order, so there may be inconsistencies between order delivery and order ordering. We will make every effort to ship the goods to you as soon as possible.
When will the order be shipped? How long will it take to receive the goods?
Under normal circumstances, your order will be dispatched within 6 hours (no more than 1 working day at the latest). Once shipped, you can check the status of your shipment in My Orders. Since the courier may not be able to update the information in real-time, there may be some delay in the shipment you see.
